Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, before using the https://www.lochlomondcelebrants.co.uk website.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of, and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access, or use the Service.

By accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Loch Lomond Celebrants.

Loch Lomond Celebrants have no control over, and assumes no responsibilities for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites, or services.

You further acknowledge and agree that Loch Lomond Celebrants shall not be responsible, or liable directly, or indirectly, for any damage, or loss caused, or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with use of, or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on, or through any such web sites, or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, or replace the Terms, at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice, prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Provisional Booking
A provisional booking will hold your date for 7 days, after which a deposit is required to secure your date. If a deposit is not received, then the date will be released, and be available for others to book.

Firm Booking
A firm booking will be made upon payment of 25% of the agreed fee. At this point, we will not book any other events on the day of your ceremony.

Payment of Balance
The full balance will be required 1 month before the ceremony. If a ceremony is booked less than 1 month in advance, then payment will be required in full, at the point of booking.

Images and Testimonials
We may ask you for permission to use photos for your ceremony, either that we have taken, or that you have access to, to use for the sole purpose of promotion of our services to other people, either on our website, or via social media. We may also ask you to provide a short, written testimonial. You are in no way obligated to provide either.

All the information that you give us is treated as confidential, and we will not disclose any of it, to any third party without your express permission. The content of your ceremony will be kept confidential, with the exception of any third parties we may include in creating your ceremony.

Changes, and Cancellations
Changes to booking dates and times must be notified in writing, or email, and will be accommodated whenever possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
If you decide to cancel your booking with us, within 14 days of paying the deposit, then it will be refunded in full. After this time, the deposit cannot be returned. Cancellations close to the ceremony date will result in charges as follows:
• Within 3 months of the ceremony – 60% of celebrants fees.
• Within 2 months of the ceremony – 80% of celebrants fees.
• Within 1 month of the ceremony – 100% of celebrants fees.
• Plus any travel and accommodation costs already incurred by the celebrant.
If, for whatever reason, our celebrant is unable to perform your ceremony, Loch Lomond Celebrants will do our best to find a suitable replacement celebrant for your ceremony. If we cancel, and are unable to find a replacement, you will receive a full refund.

For ceremonies that are recognised by Law in Scotland, you must fulfil the legal requirements at the registry office. If in doubt, please contact us for details.

Insurance, and Professional Affiliation
We are members of the Institute of Professional Celebrants, and carry Public Liability Insurance, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
